Royadie Green
Case study
Royadie Green in Mount Martha is a classy gated community consisting of 24 single level units with extensive common area gardens.
Our approach
PILOT® works closely with Royadie Green to conduct ‘strategic’ Body Corporate solutions. In recent times, Royadie Green’s driveway to all units were showing extensive wear, which was becoming a significant problem for the residents.
Pilot’s approach was to assist owners by drafting special resolutions and calling a special meeting. This enabled the owners corporation to find a new resolution and provide a swift service to the owners for driveway resurfacing.
Our impact
PILOT® was able to implement a safe and appropriately new driveway that brought about a group of happy unit owners. The owners have since agreed to the long term management of Royadie Green with PILOT®.
