25-27 Progress Street in Mornington is a mix of 23 small and large commercial and industrial units.

Our approach

PILOT® works closely with 25-27 Progress Street to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. 25-27 Progress Street was experiencing a lack of maintenance and as a result raised concerns for peoples safety with issues including: main electrical supplies being completely rusted out and the degradation of paint work causing larger issues.

Pilot’s approach was to assist the owners to tender the painting contract and electrical box replacement contract. The works were staged over a number of years to assist the owners with optimum budgeting performance.

Our impact

PILOT® has ensured that the electrical supply box is now reliable for the longer term and the property appearance has been enhanced by the new paintwork to preserve the property for a longer term.
