Our approach

PILOT® works closely with 26 Pamela Place to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. In recent times, 26 Pamela Place were being exposed to a constant stream of graffiti attacks on front fencing and a neglected common driveway. 

Pilot’s approach was to assist the owners in arranging maintenance to achieve safety compliance with the common driveway and selected a cost effective 3rd party contractor to undertake works. PILOT® has since been able to use a proactive and vigilant approach to removing graffiti ensuring appearance.

Our impact

Pilot has now enabled a well maintained common area that has significantly improved unit value and enhanced the lifestyle of the unit occupiers.
