Pamela Place in Mornington has 18 residential single and double story units built in 90’s. The owners corporation consists of roads, driveways and garden areas.
Our approach
PILOT® works closely with Pamela Place to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. In recent times, Pamela Place were being exposed to a constant stream of graffiti attacks on front fencing and a neglected common driveway.
Pilot’s approach was to assist the owners in arranging maintenance to achieve safety compliance with the common driveway and selected a cost effective 3rd party contractor to undertake works. PILOT® has since been able to use a proactive and vigilant approach to removing graffiti ensuring appearance.
