Our approach

PILOT® works with 262 Jetty Road to conduct ‘administration’ Body Corporate solutions. Recently, 262 Jetty Road required setup of ongoing administrative, legal and financial responsibilities of the body corporate for the property developer.

Pilot’s approach was to tender the insurance contract, develop an administration budget for the developers approval and put a routine maintenance schedule in place for the common gardens and stormwater pump.

Our impact
