ThreeFifteen is Mornington's highest quality a-grade commercial strata office building with 16 suites.
Our approach
PILOT® works with ThreeFifteen to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. As a busy office building, ThreeFifteen required support for the maintenance of their extensive daily requirements including: elevator, fire services, heating / cooling and secure access system.
Pilot’s approach has consisted of helping the owners to undertake numerous repairs to multiple property assets over the course of 10+ years including that of several urgent breakdowns in the facility that required timely repairs.
