Our approach

PILOT® works with ThreeFifteen to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. As a busy office building, ThreeFifteen required support for the maintenance of their extensive daily requirements including: elevator, fire services, heating / cooling and secure access system.

Pilot’s approach has consisted of helping the owners to undertake numerous repairs to multiple property assets over the course of 7 years including that of several urgent breakdowns in the facility that required timely repairs.

Our impact

PILOT® continues to pursue a well maintained building that now attracts better rental and sale prices, bringing a return on investment through property value.
