Ironwood Estate is located in Cranbourne North. It comprises of 60 magnificent architecturally designed townhouses.
Our approach
PILOT® works with the Lennium Group to conduct ‘Strategic’ Body Corporate solutions. With a staged development in place, there was a requirement for the new property common areas to be included in the overarching maintenance schedule.
Pilot's approach was to work with our partner developer client, and to scope the additional maintenance and insurance requirements until each of the stage of the development was fully completed.
Delivered over 5 x stages, the Tier Two owners corporation is now complete. PILOT's ongoing body corporate management involves Administrative services, arranging maintenance and repairs, our Insurance Solutions and managing compliance with the Owners Corporations Act 2006.
