The Convent in Mornington is a historical building with 16 residential luxury apartments.

Our approach

PILOT® works closely with The Convent to conduct ‘network’ Body Corporate solutions. In recent times, The Convent was experiencing significant wear and tear due to the high exposure to the elements in its seaside location.

Pilot’s approach was to assist owners in developing a new maintenance plan which consisted of engaging professionals from the exclusive Pilot network, including that of a building consultant to prepare a maintenance plan and a construction valuation report.

Our impact

PILOT® has now updated an outdated plan and is implementing a specialist systematic maintenance plan with a view on the long term. With a high quality residential building now assured, the owners have since agreed to the long term management of The Convent with PILOT®.
