Our approach

PILOT® works with Elite Property Group and their development partners to conduct specialised ‘Admin’ Body Corporate solutions. With a pro-active approach to management, there was a big opportunity to scope out both the additional maintenance and the insurance requirements for the entire development each year.

Pilot's approach was to implement measures designed to uphold the very high standards of the development in line with specific client instructions.
