Our approach

PILOT® works closely with 61 Watt Road to conduct ‘strategic’ and ‘administrative’ Body Corporate solutions. With a staged development in place, new common property areas need to be included to the new maintenance schedule.

Pilot’s approach was to work with the developer, scoping additional maintenance and insurance requirements as stages are completed. 

Our impact

PILOT® has ensured consistency with appearance of properties, compliance with fire safety and local council requirements. Pilot also sold one of the largest warehouse units in stage 2 of the development by matching property requirements to our extensive contact list of property investors.
