Our approach

PILOT® works with Elite Property Group and their development partners to conduct specialised ‘Admin’ Body Corporate solutions. With a pro-active approach to management, there was a big opportunity to scope out both the additional maintenance and the insurance requirements for the entire development each year.

Pilot's approach was to implement measures designed to uphold the very high standards
of the development in line with specific client instructions.

This involves arranging innovative programmed maintenance schedules using Suppliers from our exclusive 'Network Solutions' database.

Elite Business Park is a Tier Two owners corporation requiring additional financial compliance. PILOT delivers in-house services to ensure the owners corporation remains fully compliant with the Australian Accounting Standards.

PILOT® has ensured consistency with appearance of properties, compliance with fire safety and local council requirements. Pilot's Estate Agent Services also sold one of the largest warehouse units in stage 2 of the development by matching property requirements to our extensive contact list of property investors.
