We believe in helping property owners in many forms including individuals like yourself and our community as a whole. We feel it is all connected really. If you’re happy, this permeates through to your friends and family. If our community at large is happy, life is much better for everyone. Simple really.

 

Several years ago we developed the ‘Bank of Awesome’ free cash grant. In a nutshell, we give out cash grants to non-profit organisations in our community. We don’t just give them out to anyone, we give them out to awesome people who really make a positive difference to the lives of people in our community.

 

In 2017 a $500.00 cash grant was given to the Mornington Community Garden on Wilsons Road. The garden has dozens of members who meet regularly and get their hands dirty. They were selected for the positive impact they have on the well being and health of Morningtons mature community members.

We believe this is awesome. Together we build better communities.
