Bonus energy bill rebate

PILOT are thrilled to announce that under the new government policy in Australia, every small business will get discounts on energy bills. What an excellent little win for 2024-25.

We expect all Owners Corporations with energy bills to gain from this announcement. It is expected to start in July 2024 with $325 that is to be credited in quarterly instalments on the electricity bills throughout 2024-25. Unit owners will also get a $300 credit on their energy bill.
