Today we have announced PILOT have been awarded the management of another historic body corporate apartment building "Sutton Grange" in Mornington.

Sutton Grange is an iconic part of the history of the Mornington Peninsula dating back to 1877. Early settler Thomas Allchin built the two story italianate mansion using coloured face brick manufactured from the clayworks on site.

​

Along with the historic building "The Convent" just over the road on Tanti Avenue, PILOT are looking forward to a successful year providing body corporate management services for the building owners.
