We love Body Corporate, however our purpose driven approach to business is much larger than this. Our business purpose is to 'make a positive difference to the lives of people'. Therefore, this purpose is exactly what you can expect from us. When we say we'll do, we will do.

 

We believe in helping property owners in many forms including individuals like yourself and our community as a whole. We feel it is all connected really. If you’re happy, this permeates through to your friends and family. If our community at large is happy, life is much better for everyone. Simple really.

 

Several years ago we developed the ‘Bank of Awesome’ free cash grant. In a nutshell, we give out cash grants to non-profit organisations in our community. We don’t just give them out to anyone, we give them out to awesome people who really make a positive difference to the lives of people in our community.

 

In 2018 we gave a $500.00 cash grant to the Mornington Life Saving Club. The life savers have a large youth contingent who meet regularly and train. They were selected for the positive impact they have on the local youth community and for the volunteer work they do in training locals in first aid and life saving CPR.

We believe this is awesome. Together we build better communities.
