For the several years, we have worked with Lennium Group. Lennium Group are a family owned company focused on delivering high quality residential property developments across Australia. Lennium Group developed Waters Edge, a gated residential community of 24 townhouses opposite the beach in Capel Sound.

Our consulting services started by setting up Body Corporate (this involved a competitive tender of the building insurance and developing an operating budget for the administration fund). We set up all aspects of the Body Corporate and managed the owners corporation from the beginning. From handover, we worked together with the residents Committee on an ongoing basis providing our unique administrative solutions to their owners corporation.

Our successful approach has led to Lennium Group re-engaging PILOT® to manage the Body Corporate for their following body corporate townhouse developments, 'Ironwood' consisting of 60 architecturally designed residences in Cranbourne and 'Jetty Grove' with 17 x luxuriously appointed townhomes in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula.
